Athanasios Charaktiniotis
Athanasios Charaktiniotis is partner of the Law Firm “Charaktiniotis & Partners”.
He graduated from the University of Rome “Tor Vergata” (Università di «Tor Vergata»). He has a master’s degree from the University of Rome “Tor Vergata” (Università di «Tor Vergata») in Community Law: Transport and Energy” and the subject of his thesis was “The policy of the European Union on the renewable energy resources and the protection of the environment”.
He is an Attorney at the Supreme Court, and a member of the Athens Bar Association ever since 2003.
He has been working with the Italian embassy and the Italian consulate in Piraeus, and with Italian lawyers throughout Italy.
His area of expertise comprises the Corporate and Commercial Law, the Banking Law, the Civil Law and the Criminal Law (economic offenses).
He speaks English and Italian.
